WHEN OPENING OYSTERVPN, I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE THE UPDATE FAILED AND DOSE NOT LIST ANY VPN SERVERS TO CONNECT AND THE APP FAILS TO CONNECT. I LOOKED IN YOUR WEBSITE BUT YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING LISTED THERE ABOUT THIS OR ANY WORK AROUND FOR THIS ISSUE. IS YOUR APP BEING AFFECTED DUE TO THE GOV SHUTDOWN?? š
