Everything seems to work fine on my Mac.
Downloaded the App and scanned it with Avast and Intego anti-virus and the file was clean. I installed the Oyster program with ease and could quickly surf the web in different locations. I used the "What is my IP Address" website and my location changed to the location I set for the VPN. So for USD 29 to get a lifetime, VPN is a wonderful deal. I read a review by PC Magazine, and they stated that it is capable of streaming. Also, OysterVPN is located in Ireland and is owned by Oyster Digital Solutions Ltd. It's a new provider that launched its VPN services in early 2023. Ireland is ideal because it is outside the 14 Eyes spying collective and has no mandatory domestic data retention laws.

I couldn't resist not buying this awesome deal. I already have a reliable VPN provider, but it's always good practice to have a backup. I decided to give the OysterVPN a try, and I'm more than happy with it.
I found it reliable and always connected to VPN using their Chrome plugin. Windows app is apparently falsely flagged and blocked - I am yet to try. However, they're working on fixing this.
Android app flawless.
VPN servers and speed are just good, with average speeds: 120down and 20up according to my testing.
But, some servers are painfully slow. Specifically locations like Seul and Sรฃo Paulo with download and upload speed under 20mb and ping over 500! The Turkey server was once super slow as well and the other day it was back to a better average.
I'd say try it yourself. The 60-day money-back guarantee is plenty enough for testing it out.

The Location doesn't change after connecting to VPN. The whole point is lost.
The VPN connected to a different IP but the websites were able to make out where I'm located. The IPV4 address changed. But IPV6 was in my current location and even google made out my location perfectly. The whole point of using vpn is lost!. Hope it's some simple error and it can be corrected.
