Q: Hi, I have bought paced email and have been doing some tests.
Do you think it will be feasible to be able to add the accounts created in outlook for example? will that be possible. I am thinking of providing my clients with personalised accounts using paced email directly from the back? is it feasible? or is there a webmail type access for example for a client who has an account john@mycompany.com ??

Hi rhs,
Your client will have to access their mail via the Paced Email web platform or via their mobile using our mobile optimised website. There's no direct SMTP access for external email clients as our underlying email service provider doesn't support it unfortunately.

Hi rhs, never say never! It is looking likely that a new underlying service may need to be developed as there's nothing currently on the market that does this specific set of features.
