Ticketing System and Helpdesk System are the top 2 voted ideas in your roadmap. They have been on the roadmap since last 2 years. I been waiting for them to be ready to move to Flowlu. It is a feature most CRM have. Any real ETA on when you will be working on them ?

These ideas will be added to the roadmap once most of the features that are currently in development are completed.
