Paced email reduces the number of notifications in our actual email inbox from websites sending newsletters, offers…etc. (we can fine tune the rules as we wish) which ultimately helps us focus on our work / make sure that we don’t miss out important emails. We can decide when we want the emails to get delivered – daily, weekly or monthly (we can even set the hour or create custom schedules). Till then it’s buffered in Paced email. It has a mailbox where we can see all the emails before they’re even sent to our actual email address. We also have the option to pause the digest if we wish.

Paced email can also be used to create burner emails which we can use while signing-up to websites / services, thereby not revealing / giving out our real email address. We can even reply from the email alias we created inside Paced email.

Another use-case where Paced email is a lifesaver: say we have a lot of domains and have separate webmail inboxes. We can forward all the incoming emails from all domain inboxes to paced email (unified inbox) and reply back from that specific domain’s reply email id as if we are replying directly from each domain’s webmail (provided everything is configured correctly). One can imagine how much time can be saved through this.

I was super concerned about the privacy policy of Paced email and was relieved after reading the founder’s reply to a question within Appsumo: “Your data is not scraped and never will be. Your personal information and email routed through Paced Email are not sold, read, or shared with third parties. I'm not in the business of selling your data.”

In short – This tool exceeded all my expectations and is a Bang for Buck! Grab it in LTD while you still can, or you’ll regret it later.
