Q: Hi guys, Congratulations on the launch!
I can see Pagemaker is getting good traction. A few clarifications please:
1. Team Members vs. Sub-accounts - Please confirm or correct my understanding:
- What's their difference in terms of access?
- Can there be multiple team members under 1 sub-account
- Can the access be controlled by admin or super admin?
2. How does the custom domain works?
- Is it our own domain (mydomain.com) we buy externally, or custom but subdomain under Pagemaker (mydomain.pagemaker.com)?
- If it's our own, would it be CNAME config?
- Do you or would you also sell domains inside Pagemaker?
3. What does active campaign means? are these individual pages under a domain?
Thanks and best of luck to you.

May 14, 2024A: 1. Team Members vs. Sub-accounts
Ans:
- Sub-Accounts means Workspace. Different Workspaces can be used for your different clients, brands, or products.
- You can easily add multiple team members/clients to specific Workspaces based on the team members/users under your LTD plan.
- Currently, Pagemaker doesn't have access management, so when you add someone to a specific Workspace, he will become the admin of that Workspace. But he won't have the access to your other Workspaces.
2. Custom Domains
Ans: Your domains purchased from the different domain providers like GoDaddy, Google Domains etc you can link with Pagemaker Landing Page via ANAME Record. We are not selling domains inside Pagemaker.
3. Active Campains
Ans: Active Campaigns means num of Landing Pages you can create under your Pagemaker account.
