Disappointing Start: App Unavailable After Activation
I've had this product for 12 hours, and I was only able to log in once when I activated my license. Now the app isn't working, which doesn’t inspire much confidence.

One taco for the idea, but not realized in the product.
It's a good idea, but unfortunately not realized. It might be that things are working as intended, but there's no way to know because there's no documentation on what to expect. I set it up to integrate with Asana, the first 3 times I tried to set up the integration it did nothing and provided no feedback on what was happening (or not). Later when i did it again, it seems like it started syncing and maybe something is there but i'm not sure what. Asking question on it tells me that there are 3 tasks assigned to me, which may be right, I didn't actually check, but when I asked chat for more details on those 3 tasks it told me I couldn't get that information without contacting someone..not sure what this even means.. Clicking on some links just results in a blank page. Totally understand getting a product out to get feedback, but there's no helpful documentation, feedback or quality control. I did contact support on some issues, but it wasn't very helpful as the answers were very generic ("Remember a sync can take up to 4 hours..") and didn't address the actual problem which was that there was no feedback given on what was happening, if anything was actually happening, nor how to work with the application to get any value out of it.

OneDrive integration glitchy and no customer service
I was excited about paillor's OneDrive integration and was excited to give it a try but the integration was glitchy and never worked. I submitted a support request and have been waiting for 5 days with no response - granted, 2 of those were over the weekend.
I returned the app in favor of another AppSumo product.

This product feature is Broken. Dificult to use and no Support
Update : Already Refunded
- Dropbox still doesn't work
- There is no Support or show up on the schedule date
- we plan to use for organization but UX/UI and support is really bad. no intension of personal use.

-Dropbox integration doesn't work
-PDF cannot be more than 15000 Characters. Thus you cannot load any book in to it. you can do no more than 20-30 pages documents
-Changing Logo, Background, Button, and text is there to use but the support said this is for enterprise customer. So why don;t you remove or disable this feature for pro user ?
- The Worst is Elias Ari who is the customer support doesn't show up as appointment in the calendar.
- UX/UI is very difficult to use.
- Please give me a refund on this. This is 2nd day of using your product

Pretty disappointed so far
I purchased the Tier 3 and really wanted to like it because this seemed to be the perfect solution for me. However, just after getting started, the Slack integration doesn't work; it keeps giving errors. The same goes for Jira. There are a ton of apps that aren't available, with no eta for when they will be. In the few days leading up to this purchase, I asked three times if there is a roadmap. Other questions were answered, but mine was ignored. The chatbot can't even answer the simplest questions without responding that it doesn't have the information or resorting to generic responses. This is definitely not a great first impression. If these issues can be resolved quickly, I will keep my purchase; if not, I will be requesting a refund. I am giving 1 star for UI/UX design.
