Paldesk roadmap includes different features that will make Paldesk more marketing tool (we were focused more on omnichannel and helpdesk with additional features). One of those marketing features includes integrations with different marketing and sales automation products (and we'll consider ActiveCampaign as well).

Regarding WhatsApp, we are actively working on it, and it is in our roadmap :)
