Q: Hi, I am most interested in the email support features.
Does this offer full email support ticketing? For instance, our main inbox gets a lot of emails each day. Are we able to send and respond to the emails that come in directly in Paldesk as though it was from our regular Gmail address? I'm worried about deliverability and want to verify that Paldesk directly integrates with the Gmail account to respond to emails (tickets) as they come in.
Also, are we able to tag our customers differently in Paldesk as they are the most important inquiries/tickets that come in?

Unfortunately, we don't currently have a direct integration with Gmail, but we do support email forwarding. You can set up email forwarding to connect your business email to your Paldesk account.

We also don't have a way to tag customers, but we appreciate the suggestion! For now you can only tag tickets and apply different statuses to conversations.
