One question: if I assign agent status to someone - then decide to replace that agent with someone else, is it possible to cancel the first agent and replace them with that other person without using two agents positions?
Example: I buy two codes giving me 4 agents seats. One I use for myself. I use the other three for agents, A, B and C. Agents C then tells me they can't continue doing the job. Do I need to purchase another agent's chair in order to appoint a new agent (D)? Or can D be counted as occupying the same agents seat previously occupied by C?

Two codes get you 4 agents (3 + you). If you need to replace an agent, once you have deactivated them, you can invite another one without having to purchase additional codes.
To deactivate an agent, go to Administration - Agents - select an agent from the list and click “Deactivate”. Then you can add a new agent, without additional charges - as long as the final number does not exceed the total number of agents covered by your Appsumo plan :)
