Robo is very useful and plays a great role in conversing with visitors.

But I face problems with chat mainly in the mobile version on iOS systems. IPhone users have reported that they cannot close the chat window and return to the site.

And every time they go to the site, the chat is open, preventing normal browsing. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
