Although we do not have plugin for BigCommerce store, you can always add Paldesk widget snippet directly into your store. I did research a bit and found that you can easily add custom code into BigCommerce (or use Google Tag Manager).
If you look at it this way, than the answer is YES - it is possible to use Paldesk on a BigCommerce store.
