Q: So the "widget" is the basic thing to be able to use this software?
Isn't it possible to use it only for E-mail tickets, without adding the chat widget to the websites?

Paldesk widget is just one form of interaction with clients and you can use Paldesk without widget.
If you just want to use email than you can integrate your email address with Paldesk and send and recieve only email messages (no need for chat, facebook etc.).
