I would like to say that this product is very mature and very impressive regarding features.
Support is friendly and helpful.
Great deal and one of the most mature products I have purchased so far.
A few features I would like to see are:

2. user authentication mode via Javascript API. Check an example: https://docs.helpcrunch.com/developers/user-authentication-mode
3. Search and show knowledge base articles directly inside the chat widget
4. Open knowledge base articles inside chat widget via Javascript API. Check the example: https://help.supporthero.io/article/show/1447-can-i-open-the-support-widget-from-a-link-in-my-app
5. Add statistics for the knowledge base. Check the example: https://help.supporthero.io/container/show/statistics
I believe with the above features PalDesk can become the ultimate help-desk platform.
