It needs to improve a lot =/
It has no basic functionality like creating custom fields to create a profile for each customer.
You have no easy option to email the lead that started a chat.
Open and closed ticket filters are not in good usability.
I'm sad, because I really believed this tool would solve my support issues... To this day, NONE has succeeded, my only way out will be to develop my own helpdesk.
