Too early - buggy - has potential
This is the first time out of 50+ deals bought on AppSumo that im leaving a review... and there are 2 reasons im taking the time to write this review -
1. The Paldesk system is down and ive had at least 3 missed chat sessions that I cant accept because there is an error.. as I cant reply to inquiry and do deals i have some free time to write this.. kinda pissed as is costs us $25 to buy enough traffic to convert to an enquiry and each enquiry is worth $100 to our business as 1 in 10 coverts to a sale.
Yesterday i had problems connecting messenger (still is having that error ontop of the chat not working/app not loading) could not contact PalDesk support via their own live chat support product.... its was down..
not worth the $49 paid to switch from another service we were paying for monthly.
2. Giving you all the heads up on this deal .. test it carefully (try a website you dont use) as it can actually cost you money to try this software...
Otherwise I see the potential and great features however 2 tacos as its cost me money in the first week..
I will be using another chat app until this one is trust worthy..
2 tacos for the potential..
