I must say that this product is very, very mature and very impressive with regards to features.

I only tried the web-widget and mobile app so far and I am really, really impressed.

On top of that, the support is very friendly and helpful.

If you have a help desk - consider scrapping it for this one (I have experience with 3+ other helpdesk products and already scrapped one).
