I notice that we only get 100mb but on your website Advance gets Unlimited. I can see running out of space soon specially with a team of 3.
I currently use Afforai and have unlimited.
Also the 50 calls in 3 hours rate limit for Tier 3 is that per user?

In Tier3, each user gets 100 GB. i.e total of 300GB, which should be suffice for 100000 documents. Usually this is the limit we put to so that users do not abuse the system. Even the Advance plan on the website has the same 100GB limits (part of fair usage policy). We will soon update the website to make it more clear. Also, 50 AI uses limit in Tier 2 is per each user.
If I am not wrong, even AfforAI has the same limits of 100GB and 50 msgs every 3 hours as per their fair usage policy.

In tier 3, can we share some of the document collection between the users so they do not overlap between users?
With Afforai has Unlimited document storage, it starts with 100gb once we go over that we just ask and it get upgraded free as we needed it. And the 50 msgs are only for the Advance AI Models otherwise is unlimited.
In tier 3, the licences work independently as of now. there will not be any overlap issues.
I just checked their website, you are right. For Tier 3 users, we will upgrade the storage as well if you hit the limits.
Yes, currently we are only supporting premium models and hence the limit. If more people request for it, we implement unlimited calls with basic models.
