hello2468Q: What is a "call"/"rate limit" & column?
I've must have missed the description of these. Can you please explain what calls, rate limits, and columns are and how they impact our use of the tool? For instance, if I get Tier 2, what exactly can I do or not do 50 times in 3 hours?
Also, in terms of columns, is this how many articles I can compare or ask questions of or integrate at one time? How do columns impact functionality?

To elaborate on AI call limit, One AI response is considered as AI call. For example, if you are ask literature review tool to find relevant papers on climate change, it will respond with a summary based on top relevant papers and gives a list of papers along with insights. It will be considered as one AI call.

Since you are subscribed Tier 2, you can compare up to 100 papers at a time in Extract Data Workbook. You can use our default columns, or create custom column to as per your requirement.
