Q: Where is the Ai writer?
Thanks.... I have Teir 1 and I read somewhere that I am allowed 5 full Ai writes a month even with T1 (even on that plan), but I could not find this Ai Writer in my dashboard... what is it called in my dashboard or where does it say "Ai Writer", on the dash on the left, or top left? or where? or do I need to upgrade? Also, I am not missing much on T1, just 5 Ai full writes a month but in the future, did you say that I might miss out in some possible new and upcoming PDF features or was it something else if I do not upgrade to T2? TY

Mar 9, 2026A: Dear User,
Thanks for your question. So you can open the "AI writer" by clicking on the "Writer" tab in the left side panel. To access the 5 document generations per month, you need to open a "New document" in the writer and in the blank document you will see '"Generate Document" and "Generate Outline" options below "Get Started". The 5 document generations are done using the "Generate Document" option
For more details, you can check the "Generate Document" demo video here:

Apart from Generate Document option which supports upto 6000 word document generation with just few inputs, you can also use Ask AI feature in the writer to continue adding more content or editing existing content. Ask AI can be used without limit although it generated 1-3 paragraphs with a single prompt.
Regarding the features you may miss in future, so far, except the credit limits and some limits like number of papers that can be selected for "Extract Data", almost all features are accessible in tier 1 and 2. However, if you have regular usage, tier 2 may be better. And while as a policy, we wish to ensure tier 1 and 2 have access to all features most of the times, based on cost and other factors, some exclusive features may be available in tier 2.
