returns a black screen capture - TikTok is doing this via FireFox browser and Chrome - also when extracting text it will not extract all of the text rather the Hastags or anything else that has been hyperlinked will not be extracted. This has been tested on Facebook and Instagram.

When I got back to my workstation I retested and all seems to be working ok now, not sure what happened but I will definitely be purchasing more. If any issues arise I'll send video and or other captures to he support email.
