It's a simple app, but it's useful and not intrusive - I like it. Some feedback:

Pareto needs more details when things aren't green. For example - one day it randomly said that Automatic login is on... it was not according to the Pareto docs and checked the settings. Today it says my mac is not up to date - it might be technically true but my mac sure doesn't think it's out of date and there's no update in system preferences. Another time it was chrome that was out of date - but again Chrome didn't think so at the time.

Maybe in all cases something was technically true but without any context I'm often left scratching my head wondering what Pareto is talking about. And often these head scratchers exist for many days.
