say I have a va or sales person I want to follow up on leads, but dont want them seeing my "friends" list or whatever... do you have it on your roadmap to be able to give permissions to subusers?

Q: Is this a Notion/notion agency kit ALTERNATIVE?

(2) In the future, might you allow us or enable us to connect our (AS) MailFox or Vbout or Acumbamail or Zagomail accounts as implied (if so, which ones are more likely)? A: (13) To confirm, it is acceptable and fine to remove a user (one of the 25) and replace them with a different worker from time to time, correct? There are no hang ups concerning that, right?

Yes, you can add,delete and replace users. As long as you have less than 25 users after the changes you are covered by AppSumo Tier 3 license

(14) this is in English but is it OK to be multilingual as well by what we write? but you dont support Right to Left writing architecture, but you do support Chineese/Japanese/Korean characters, right?

Correct, at the moment it's tested on English (left->right)

Q: Will we have or can we have work spaces by 2025?

I really hope to use this with Role Asigned team mates by ascribed workspaces so that I can organize my team members and maybe also asign my clients by workspace or at least earmark them with hashtags so that I know which client fits in which department (or workspace)... will this be possible by 2025 hopefully... (2) I mean more specifically, when you add it, will we Sumolings be included in this simply needed feature or will you possibly as us to pay monthly for such a feature as workspaces in the future?

A: we actually already have Workspaces. So you are free to create new workspaces and have different teams on each of the workspaces.

NB! keep in mind that each Workspace would require a separate license. So one AppSumo license is meant for 1 workspace.

A: that's a good idea. We don't have it at the moment.

As a workaround you can use our "Stay in touch" functionality. You can setup a stay in touch cadence on each group and it will remind you about a contact, if there was no activity recently.
