arrival, and that Parsio only charges for successfully processed emails. How about a couple questions about a corner case in between these two states:
1. Does the user have a way of knowing the state of a 'failed' email (e.g. partially parced or not parced at all)?
2. Does the user have a way of requeuing that failed email for another attempt at processing short of re-sending it to the dummy address?
The context of the questions is for me to understand if/how the user can respond to a situation where the format of the parsed messages changes, and a modification to the parsing template is required. I need to know if there is room for the user to recover from such eventuality hopefully without data loss.
