I assessed Mailparser extensively a while back, and concluded I could do everything it offered more cheaply using Pabbly - but there were a few things too fiddly for either Mailparser OR Pabbly to handle.
I tested Parsio this week, and it blew me away (I've bought it, but only tier 1 which is enough for our needs I think, though I'm tempted to go bigger now as FOMO sets in, heheh).
It's quick to set up, especially for those incredibly fiddly tasks where you have to script up searches for specific HTML formatting.
It's also brilliant at sucking out information from HTML tables in emails, even quite complex multi-line entries in cells. I managed to get it to extract some data I was really struggling with by other means.
It's been a while since I felt like leaving an unqualified recommendation for something I picked up on AppSumo. No hesitation in recommending this.
