Q: Bit concerned about this one.

After seeing little activity here and not real info on the website about what makes Partnero different, I tried to reach out.

I bothered to reach out directly to understand the product better, plus a follow up, and received no reply.

THe USP of this is not clear to me. Why Partnero and not any other similar tool (like most CRMs?). What is it going to offer that is dfferent?

My advice is, while you don't have reviews, take anything you can get, including responding to direct emails.

Unfortunately, we're not looking for web consulting at the moment.

CRMs are normally focused on managing sales pipelines. There are also other specialized CRMs around marketing campaigns and services.

They often are limited when it comes to managing ongoing customers, which demands monitoring their health, tickets, usage, billing, and other information.

Partenero focuses on the management of ongoing customers, allowing users to monitor the customers' health score, and centralize different data sources (tickets, usage, and billing, for example) to ensure customer retention and help with revenue expansion.

You see the concern here. Potentials customers want a strong USP, be excited by the product and believe in its long-term future. My email and message were trying to highlight this, but it's not working.

So many questions. You description of Partenero here is a customer support system. Is that how it is different to a CRM?

This text is entirely different to what your website homepage says.

Let's be frank here. Your website could have been created in a day. The description of your product here is not the same as on the website. The question "How is it different to a CRM?" is not clear at all. It feels like it was all put together very quickly, without a long-term vision. Still, I trust AppSumo, and I trust the Select team to judge the product and business.
