Q: What is the difference between Partenero and CRM?
If this is a CRM why do I need this too?

May 14, 2024A: Hi there!
CRMs are normally focused on managing sales pipelines.
They often are limited when it comes to managing ongoing customers, which demands monitoring their health, tickets, usage, billing, and other information.
Partenero focuses on the management of ongoing customers, allowing users to monitor the customers' health score, and centralize different data sources (tickets, usage, and billing, for example) to ensure customer retention and help with revenue expansion.
Cheers, Andy
What shame you are missing the huge opportunity AppSumo gave you here.
You are expecting customers to work too hard to understand what you're offering.
You've just repeated the same reply that you gave before, which doesn't differentiate Partenero from a CRM (and seems to suggest this is software for support). How hard do you want potential customers to work to understand you USP?
To everyone else and AppSumo team, please be careful here. If you recognise me from my username, you know I know. Something is not right here. Will this be around after 60 days?
