website and the plugin is asking "Licence Key". But I couldn't see any "License Key" in my AMZIMAGE Member Dashboard "Licenses" section.
I have checked the "Licenses" tab in my AMZImage member dashboard but it is empty. There is no license key there. So, I cannot use AMZIMAGE at the moment. I have created "2" support tickets about this issue but there is no reply from your customer service regarding the solution. I want to use my plugin. Kindly, give reply to my support tickets. It already passed 48 hours.
Hey there, if you check in your email from info@amzimage.com you should find the key at the very bottom of the email. Our support team is not working weekends and this is why there has been a delay due to an influx of black Friday sales. We will get back to you ASAP!

It's definitely not being generated in these emails anymore. Or on your site. I've written support, but just letting you know, it's not working like you think. I'd be happy to forward the emails to support and also screenshots of the empty license page in your website if your form had that capability.
Still haven't gotten a response from support. Should I just refund?
