Here is my use case:
I send a lot of proposals (PDF's) to clients and prospects per email.
Many of those proposals are not translated into business.
After clients and prospects got my proposals a mot of them go find another company.
So I need to control access to those proposals.
Is there a way to delete the proposal share per link or only allow some 3 or 4 views or in somehow control the views and access to those proposals?
This way they do not benefit from my work for free.

We indeed understand your requirement - it is very valid. So I try to help you now! Since PDF is an Adobe file format and we don't have any influence on that, we cannot set it to limited views. But what you are searching for, I guess, is an expiry date for the PDF. So that when your customers open it the 4th time or after 4 days, it is expired and no longer valid anymore. This would help boost your sales and protect your content! Since password.link is only to secure your passwords and other credentials and confidential data, it is not the right tool. I don't do this with favour, but you are searching for PDF expiry tools. Have a look at these:
