NicolasQ: Awful login process
Hi,
Your login magic link loginsystem is a disaster. I can wait for it for ages, sometimes it’s instantly sent, but the link never works. And since my email id is not a Gmail address, I have no way to use my account.
What should I do?

Sorry to hear about your login problem. If your login links are being delayed or sent to your junk box, try adding '[email protected]' to your contact list.
To do this in Hotmail:
- Click on the contacts or people icon
- Click on 'Add a contact'
- Enter [email protected] in the email field.
- Click save and request a new login link.
You can also contact our support team at [email protected] to request a temporary login link.

The magic links emails are not stuck in my spam folder. They are quite often excessively delayed. And requesting a new link doesn't solve the problem.
Even more annoying, the links never work. As I mentioned, I can't use your product.

Could you confirm:
• Which email provider you’re using (Yahoo, Hotmail/Outlook, or other)?
• Does the link show as expired when clicked, or does it fail to load?

Once you’re logged in, the session will stay active for a long time, so you won’t need to repeat this process regularly.
