OpenhacQ: How seats are managed in the higher tiers?
1. If I purchase a higher tier (for example Tier 4) with multiple seats, how are those seats managed?
Can I assign a seat to Person A, later remove their access, and then reassign that same seat to Person B? In other words, are seats transferable or permanently tied to the first user?
2. The deal mentions that codes must be redeemed within 60 days. When redeeming the code, do I need to assign each seat to specific users at that moment? Or do I simply redeem everything under a main account and then assign or invite users to seats later whenever I want?

1. Seats are managed from your main account. You can assign a seat to a team member, remove them later, and then reassign that same seat to someone else, as long as you never exceed your total seat limit at one time
2. The second point is correct. You only need to redeem your license on the main account within 60 days. After that, you can invite users to the seats whenever you're ready.
