I was attracted and very excited to use pdf.net by the various functions it was providing. However, my frustration came with the poor after sales technical support. After activating my account I had difficulty accessing it. I tried reaching out to support for help several times but the service seems non-existent and was very unresponsive. The help center info was minimal and not very helpful in addressing my problem. If I don't hear from pdf.net support soon, I will be cancelling my subscription.

Hi, thanks for flagging this! Not being able to log in after activation is not expected behavior. We’re currently investigating a few reports about delayed or invalid login links and looking into a more reliable fallback option.
Could you please confirm which email provider you’re using (Yahoo, Hotmail/Outlook, or something else)?
No copy paste for text fields, defaults to same font size every time. VERY clicky, takes a lot of time to get through a document. And then when I went to finally download my completed document, there's an appsumo review popup that blocks you from actually downloading the completed file.
Even after coming here, it doesn't let me X out of the window and can't get my completed file. Only thing I can do is write an appsumo review so here we are.

Overall, the features I tested are functional, which is great. However, there are several missing or inconvenient elements that need attention.
Positives The hierarchical folder organization is excellent and makes it easy to find files quickly. The product is useful and meets most of my needs. the AI is very good, concise and accurate. refers exactly to the points in document for further reading.
Areas for improvement Storage visibility: There is no way to see how much storage is already used. Duplicate uploads: There is no warning if a file being uploaded has the same name as an existing file. AI/chat interface: The AI interface is not convenient and needs better UI/UX.
Suggested UI/UX improvements Add an option to increase font size. Provide a dark mode. Allow the chat to run full-window or let users configure the proportional split between the file view and the chat. add support for left to tight languages in add text. not available currently. Include a prominent search bar—this is essential and I didn’t see one.
Overall recommendation I recommend this product because it is useful and addresses most needs, but implementing the suggestions above would significantly improve usability and the overall user experience.
I give it five tacos since I believe in its potential and it's already very useful . I purchased the top tier and I will stay with it.
