Difficulty Logging in After Activation
I was attracted and very excited to use pdf.net by the various functions it was providing. However, my frustration came with the poor after sales technical support. After activating my account I had difficulty accessing it. I tried reaching out to support for help several times but the service seems non-existent and was very unresponsive. The help center info was minimal and not very helpful in addressing my problem. If I don't hear from pdf.net support soon, I will be cancelling my subscription.

Edited Feb 25, 2026Hi, thanks for flagging this! Not being able to log in after activation is not expected behavior. We’re currently investigating a few reports about delayed or invalid login links and looking into a more reliable fallback option.
Could you please confirm which email provider you’re using (Yahoo, Hotmail/Outlook, or something else)?
In the meantime, please try adding [email protected] to your contact list and then request a new login link. In some cases this resolves delivery delays.
I’ve also flagged your case to our support team. Please email [email protected] from the address linked to your account and they’ll provide a temporary login link while we investigate further. This link will help you access your account right away. And once you’re logged in, the session will stay active for a long time, so you won’t need to repeat this process regulary.
