Overall, the features I tested are functional, which is great. However, there are several missing or inconvenient elements that need attention.

Positives
The hierarchical folder organization is excellent and makes it easy to find files quickly.
The product is useful and meets most of my needs.
the AI is very good, concise and accurate. refers exactly to the points in document for further reading.

Areas for improvement
Storage visibility: There is no way to see how much storage is already used.
Duplicate uploads: There is no warning if a file being uploaded has the same name as an existing file.
AI/chat interface: The AI interface is not convenient and needs better UI/UX.

Suggested UI/UX improvements
Add an option to increase font size.
Provide a dark mode.
Allow the chat to run full-window or let users configure the proportional split between the file view and the chat.
add support for left to tight languages in add text. not available currently.
Include a prominent search bar—this is essential and I didn’t see one.

Overall recommendation
I recommend this product because it is useful and addresses most needs, but implementing the suggestions above would significantly improve usability and the overall user experience.

I give it five tacos since I believe in its potential and it's already very useful . I purchased the top tier and I will stay with it.
