Q: Are you still in business?
I have not seen you answer a question in MONTHS! I have not been able to activate this software; others have expressed the same, and came here for help. After seeing your very poor response rate, I am not hopeful. Perhaps I just have to refund my purchase.

I really wanted to get this software running. It looks great! If at any time you, as a company, decide to have customer service and want to help people activate or make it easier, contact me, and I would love to come back. For now, I am requesting a refund for my purchase.
