Awful costumer service
It's been impossible to activate my license because the key numbers they gave me didn't work. I don't have access to key features of the app that were included in my package, like signing documents. Other features work fine, even without activating the license. Tech support takes forever, and don't offer any real solutions. They expected me to take pictures, and videos, and fill out a report, and refused to connect with me on a video call, that it's the better and faster way for me. They only answered with something close to a solution when AppSumo support participated in the conversation. The only reason I paid for the service is because I needed to sign important documents for my business urgently. It's been 3 days and I still don't have a solution. Don't even think of getting support in Spanish! That's not happening either! I'm upset, tired and disappointed! It's not that hard to solve my issue.

Too difficult to use
After 30 minutes of screwing around with licencing codes and endless cycles of logging into a website that fails to match licencing credentials, I am out of patience with this product. Just not worth the time and effort involved to get it working. I'm refunding it.

Account info super confusing, CS poor
The product itself is pretty good, worth the price. My biggest aggravation is the confusing account interface (when logging into account details in a browser); everywhere shows a "free" account (even though this is a paid version) and you only get access to 1 device at a time - even though in multiple place in account details it looks like there's access to 4. Nope, those are really just "ads" wanting you to buy their "new" membership deals. This is not a review of the terms of the deal - it's a review of Customer Service's handling of my issue with what I thought I bought. Customer Services is very difficult to communicate with - they take a long time to reply to inquiries and their English is poor, making it hard to understand them. I do not recommend. Spend a tad more for a PDF platform that's clear on what you get - preferably by a developer in your native country.

Has all the functionalities of Adobe Acrobat DC
The product was easy to install and works perfectly. You can edit the document, combine files, extract files, number pages, add watermarks, protect files, add digital signatures etc.
File size recently appeared a little larger than what I would expect, but I saw the compress function too late.

It's slow and not as good as Acrobat in terms of features
I find the software VERY slow to load, on a superfast machine.
Compared to Acrobat which opens the same PDF in 1 second, this takes about 7 seconds - quite a difference.
Also, I can't do some basic things like rotate a text box, something very easy to do in Acrobat Pro.
