Half the advertised features dont work and you're hit by a paywall for almost everything. DO NOT BUY. After speaking with them they refused to unlock the features for me even after admitting they were falsely advertised. Disgusting behaviour. Its also slow and crashes frequently.

The code received when I bought this product does not work when I try to activate the software. I came back to AppSumo and see others have had the same issue, expressed as much as a question to the developer, and ZERO answers from the developer. I will be requesting a refund.

The program is generally easy to use, and has plenty of features. That said, it crashes periodically and needs to be restarted…losing all unsaved edits on my Window 11 I-9 pc w 64gb ram/10tb ssd

It's been impossible to activate my license because the key numbers they gave me didn't work. I don't have access to key features of the app that were included in my package, like signing documents. Other features work fine, even without activating the license. Tech support takes forever, and don't offer any real solutions. They expected me to take pictures, and videos, and fill out a report, and refused to connect with me on a video call, that it's the better and faster way for me. They only answered with something close to a solution when AppSumo support participated in the conversation. The only reason I paid for the service is because I needed to sign important documents for my business urgently. It's been 3 days and I still don't have a solution. Don't even think of getting support in Spanish! That's not happening either! I'm upset, tired and disappointed! It's not that hard to solve my issue.

After 30 minutes of screwing around with licencing codes and endless cycles of logging into a website that fails to match licencing credentials, I am out of patience with this product. Just not worth the time and effort involved to get it working. I'm refunding it.
