2. What do you mean by AI and Email here? Where do they fit in workflow?
3. Since you are allowing to delete projects to free slot, can I export information? Also how will I send RFP to client, through email, if yes in PDF or word format?
4. Are there any sector wise templates based on best practices, for example those being used by leading companies.
5. Is client user or my internal team user?
6. How will I collaborate since generally RFP requires to do collaborate work with internal and in some cases even client? What is this knowledge library?
7. Is this solution dealing with RFQ (Request for quote) as well in some way?
I'll reply to each point separately - let me know if any follow-up questions or clarifications needed :)
1. They are proposal creation software. We're focussed on responding to questionnaires. It seems like the two could be used side-by-side to great effect.
2. Our AI is helping you find the best content from your Answer Library for the current question you're working on. Email integration allows users to reply to questions from their email (instead of opening the tool)
3. Yes, when you are finished the project, you can export back into the original documents (https://www.pearler.ai/guides/export-project/)
4. Your responses are your own content, being placed into the Customers document (we aren't proposal software)
5. Internal team members (people who access the tool) are measured users. Projects are responses to a customer (although one customer may have multiple projects if you are bidding on different work for them)
6. Pearler supports 'per question' chat threads, with email integration (mentioned above), question assignment and more (https://www.pearler.ai/guides/collaboration-overview/). The Answer Library tracks your responses and is able to suggest them for subsequent projects. (https://www.pearler.ai/guides/answer-library-overview/)
7. Yes, people use Pearler for RFQ's, but we don't have a quote builder or calculation parts
I hope that clears everything up, let me know if you. Feel free to email me as well robin@pearler.ai
When you upload the documents as the source of the questions, you can later export them back into the original documents.
If you are manually creating the questions, then you can copy and paste from the Export view. We're launching in the next couple of weeks an 'Export to CSV' button for manually created questions.
Feel free to checkout our support guides for more information: https://www.pearler.ai/guides/export-project/ or you can email me at robin@pearler.ai if you have any other questions.
Q: Are you able to double the total number of projects to 200 in tier 3?
Also, once all the questions are answered, will they be transferred automatically to the RFP or do we need to copy and paste them into the final response document?
We've worked hard to maximise the value for our Sumo-lings. This is a great deal, but if you run out of Projects just get in touch and we can work with you to figure out the best approach. (robin@pearler.ai)
Q: Do you plan to bring the deal back?
I am interested in giving the service a try.

There's no plans to bring the offer back via App Sumo, but if you email me directly (robin@pearler.ai) we can discuss further.

May 14, 2024A: Hi there,
Thanks for the feedback. Happy to discuss further via email robin@pearler.ai if you are looking for something different to the offer listed.
We've worked hard to maximise the features offered and keep the price point as low as possible for our Sumo-lings :)

Here in Appsumo while number of projects limited to 100, it should be unlimited as per your website top plan.
Q: Hi.
Can I do export of the all questions-answer on 1 project to RFQ document or excel? Seems when I try to export it only allow copy and paste

May 15, 2024A: Hi there,
When you upload a question document (Word or Spreadsheet), then you can automatically export back into it (No copy and paste required!)
