Q: The generation is sentence by sentence and I need to confirm every sentence.
How can I make it generate a complete message so that I can read it as a whole? How can I generate it under different word counts in different new documents?
A: When you reference documents, you’ll see them grouped by collection names. You can simply select the documents you want from a specific collection, and the AI will use only those to generate the output for your new document.
We’ve also been thinking it might make sense to add a “Select all from collection” button to make this process faster. What do you think?
A: We keep file limits in place mainly to prevent abuse, especially since we offer a free plan and have seen some bad actors in the past. The only restriction is file size, which is currently set at 15 MB per PDF. That said, the limit is customizable, and we often increase it for users who need more.
For AppSumo users, I’ll be updating the limit to 75 MB per file. Will that work for you? I’ll...
A: We don’t currently have a way to duplicate personas, although that’s a great idea. For now, you can create a new persona with the same settings and then tweak it as needed.

Q: Support Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese in written form?
Support Cantonese Chinese and Mandarin Chinese when I need a video transcript? What LLM do you use? Will you upgrade to the latest version of LLM in the future?
A: We already support both Traditional and Simplified Chinese for written output.
As for the models, we currently use OpenAI’s latest ones, including GPT-4o, GPT-o1, GPT-o3, and GPT-5, and we’ll keep updating as new versions are released.
Does support for Traditional and Simplified Chinese cover what you’re looking for?
Traditional and Simplified Chinese are only used for written purposes, and they are the same as Mandarin Chinese in terms of audio scripts. The written version of Cantonese Chinese is the same syntax as what you have supported. Speaking Cantonese Chinese is different from the written Chinese syntax.

Q: Would different specific selected collections help in building a new document?
And how to select a specific single collection to generate a new document?

I would not see a select box for a specific single collection. Select boxes only for "ALL the collection" and" individual files".
Q: What are the limitations of uploading PDFs?
Sizes, pages, locked?
As some of my essential large PDFs could not be uploaded.

Thanks so much. Some of my key PDFs could not be used coz of the size.

I generate speaking narrative scripts in Cantonese Chinese for my teaching materials. Generally, ChatGPT performs well.
