On the business side, we’re a team of two right now and sitting at about $400 MRR. Most of our revenue has actually come through lifetime deals, so the numbers are a lot higher overall. The good news is we’re already profitable and in a strong position to keep growing. We’ve got a solid plan in place and the passion to keep building for the long run.

As for examples, we don’t have public showcases yet since our focus has been on product development. The easiest way to see what PenPilot can do is to sign up for a free account and generate something yourself — it only takes a few seconds. That said, we’ve put together a brand new roadmap for our AppSumo campaign because we really want to involve the community in shaping what’s next. When it comes to why PenPilot over a custom GPT, the difference is in the experience. All LLMs share similar foundations, but our goal is to make the process as easy as possible while packing in everything you need: creating personas, referencing your own material (knowledge base), super fast content generation with amazing results, image generation, proofreading, plagiarism and readability checkers, plus the ability to chat with PDFs, YouTube videos, and web pages and a lot more. Looking ahead, we’re also setting up plans to develop new features such as real-time team collaboration and SEO plugins to round things out even more.
