Why is appsumo and Pensil founders ignoring customers? Pensil has changed their product login site. So I am unable to get into my sites that I purchased.

But Pensil refused to alert their customers. I have sent numerous messages and I am being ignored. I have tried to be nice so far but my nerves are wearing thin.
