Great alternative to Circle.so
Just bought and still playing with it. It is a good alternative to Circle. Loved the dark theme.
I do have few questions :
1. Can I disable video upload by users ?
2. Wordpress integration - Can I integrate it with a WP membership plugin like wishlist member so that only paid members get access to the community or better if you can allow them access to different community based on their membership level.

You can set any section inside the community such that only admin/mod are able to post in that section. Specifically disabling video upload by common users isn't available at the moment.
We are working on several integrations, one of them is with Wordpress. Right now we can migrate your community subdomain (xyz.pensil.in) to the desired domain/subdomain (we do it manually at the moment, frontend UI is coming soon).
