We purchased on appsumo a lifetime license of peppertype.ai.... after a few years, without any alert, our account doesn't work anymore. They rebranded to peppercontent and something must have gone wrong.
So we TRIED to get in touch: they advertise on their website to contact support at the email on their footer.... done since 3 weeks and nobody is answering that email.... sent several emails to all of their emails on privacy policy, terms of service, support forms, etc and NOBODY ever gave us an answer on WHY our account purchased on appsumo is not working.
Wouldn't advise you to waste your money on this indian platform.
