Peppertype Content has drastically changed since I purchased the lifetime deal, and it's now totally useless. The features I initially relied on are gone, making it useless for my needs. The complete overhaul of its functionality is incredibly disappointing. I'm wondering if there's a possibility of obtaining a refund, either full or partial, due to these unexpected changes that have rendered the software unrecognizable from when I first invested in it.
