The purpose behind me looking for an AI writing assistant that can take some load off my shoulders while creating content for my blogs. I don't expect AI to be advanced enough yet to create content that can be published right away without editing and I was prepared for that.
However, after playing around with Peppertype for a few days and trying out most of its features, I must say I'm pleasantly surprised.

Quality of content: I use a few other AI writing tools as well that do a good job. However, the quality of content that Peppertype has generated for me so far has been one of the best, if you consider the hit to miss ratio.
Again, this could be because of the niches that I write in.

User interface and User experience: It is hands down among the top three AI writing tools that I have used when it comes to user interface, and I have used at least 6 of them. It's very clean, intuitive and easy to navigate. I did not feel the need to watch any tutorial before composing my first piece of content with Peppertype, it is so easy to use. All the content types can be easily found and at no point did I feel that a particular menu or button should have been at a different place.
If I have to nitpick, probably on the home page (inside the account), similar content types can be grouped together when "All" is selected for content type. I'm not sure what's the reason behind the current sequence of the tiles (neither they are not grouped together nor they are placed alphabetically one after the other). Again, this is a minor thing.

Customer support: I have contacted customer support over email twice so far and got a response within a day or two. While it could've been quicker than that, I didn't mind as it was nothing urgent for me.

Overall:
Is it perfect? No. Is there room for improvement? Yes.
Is there potential in the product? Yes.
Is it a good deal? Yes. Can it be better? Probably, yes.
Am I satisfied with the purchase so far? Yes.
Do I recommend it? Yes.
