Thank you for your interest in PerceptPixel. The 10 user limit is part of the standard Tier3 plan. However , on a need basis we do set higher number of users specifically at Tier3. You can reach out to us at [email protected] and we can understand your usecase and can make exceptions and can relook at it from time to time. It wont be unlimited though - just setting the expectation.
