Q: Hey.

How good is your "Unified Inbox"? Can we take/save notes, tags, enrich profile with more contacts, etc?

Please check Kanbox here at Appsumo and let me know how you compare to them in the inbox/messaging feature because let's face it, once we setup the sequences that's were we'll be like 99% of the time.

Our "Unified Inbox" is designed to be a central hub where you can efficiently manage all your LinkedIn communications. It’s built to streamline the entire outreach process, from the initial sequence sending to managing objections and even scheduling calls—Periodix can automate all of these steps 100%.

Here’s how our Unified Inbox works:

Centralized Communication: All responses from your sequences, whether handled automatically by AI or not, will appear in one place. This makes it easy to keep track of every interaction.

Filtering Options: You can filter your inbox by several criteria—such as by answer category (e.g., showing only conversations with interested leads), by profile, by sequence, or by whether AI has automated the responses. This helps you focus on the most important conversations at any given time.

AI Integration: If you’ve turned on AI Auto Answer, you can see exactly what the AI has responded with and still have the option to manually reply if needed. This flexibility lets you maintain control while leveraging automation.

Currently, the ability to take/save notes, add tags, or enrich profiles with more contacts isn’t available. However, our focus isn’t on adding features that make you spend more time in the software, but rather on adding functionality that saves your time and works on autopilot. Our goal is to help you achieve better results with less manual effort.

Periodix’s inbox is specifically designed for LinkedIn outreach with a strong focus on sales efficiency. While you’ll be spending a lot of time in the inbox after setting up sequences, our aim is to make that time as productive as possible. And with our AI copilot or autopilot features, you’ll actually spend much less time managing your inbox, allowing you to focus more on closing deals.

I think it's a mistake not improving the Unified Inbox with more features like I've mentioned. You want us to "focus more on closing deals"? Well, we do that by messaging leads in there. If we can save notes, tags, etc, in the same place it will be way better to help us with current and future conversations, that don't require us to jump from platform to platform, or open 100 excel docs with notes

That said, I don't think you're going the right path in your development, and also beleive that you have no clue on what your app customers are really in need for their outreach process, so purchasing Periodix is no longer being considered by me.
