Q: Limited AI Credits

Ok so I bought the Tier 3 deal. I ran a sequence and as we know, it uses Ai credits to auto-reply when we reach. So in two days, from the many auto-requests sent, only two people replies on Linkedin but I was surprised when I see that 90 of my credits are used already just in replying to those 2. Now with this rate, 500 of my Ai credits for one account will be finished when 10-12 persons reply? This makes me think I really made a wrong purchase here. If it can not handle more than 12 auto replies a month, then the tool is basically useless.

Thanks for reaching out, and I completely understand your concern.

Periodix uses AI in several cases:

1. When setting up a sequence. This includes generating template messages, as well as any previews, or adjustments made within the conversation settings.

2. When creating a custom response to a message from your prospect.

Therefore, you used the bulk of AI credits when setting up a sequence. Then AI credits were used to prepare responses to messages from your prospects and, accordingly, further in this sequence one custom AI response will come out to you 1-3 credits.

I would like to separately share life hacks that will help you in the future to reduce the number of AI credits used when setting up a sequence:

- Minimize Previews: Each time you open a preview for an AI Response or AI Follow-up, credits are used to generate a suggested response. Limiting the number of times you check these previews will help conserve credits.

- Shorten Prompts: Shorter prompts for AI responses and About the Company info reduce the amount of AI processing, resulting in lower credit consumption.
