Title: Tier 3 Account – Features Not Working

Hello,
I purchased the Tier 3 plan on AppSumo, but currently none of the features inside the product are working. My account appears to be active, yet I’m unable to access or use any functionality.

Could you please check if this is a temporary issue or something related to my account? I can provide my account details if needed.
