It does what you think it does.
It is a really good outreach software. Choosing who to write is easy, you basically choose people you want to reach on linkedin, tell periodix how many pages you want to contact. It sends these people friend request, writes them. Added almost 100 people with messages, 10 percent awnsered so far which is fine.
Overall Happy.

A Game-Changer for LinkedIn Outreach: Periodix Does the Heavy Lifting!
I’ve been working with automation and social selling tools for years, but Periodix stands out for its incredible ability to handle LinkedIn outreach activities. It doesn’t just send messages—it quickly responds to leads and schedules calls effortlessly. It feels like having a virtual assistant that takes care of the most tedious parts of sales development.
I often find myself noticing that, while I’m busy with other tasks, Periodix is handling my leads and booking appointments without me lifting a finger. The objection handling feature and the seamless call scheduling via Calendly are particularly impressive. If you’re looking for a tool that will optimize your LinkedIn outreach strategy, I highly recommend giving Periodix a try!

Not there yet!
It was an uphill struggle to first understand how this product works, then talk to someone who can answer your questions, and at the end, work with what they have in place.
I was really excited when I saw this type of product here since there is nothing like this (at reasonable pricing) on the market yet. However, the excitement was gone when I understood that there is no team behind the product.
The reply of the support is slow (I'm talking "weeks to get an answer" slow)
Nevertheless, I was persistent in learning the product and using it on my own. I invested one month and two of our profiles in this project, to finally understand that the product itself is mostly underdeveloped, the results are below average and even the slightest roadblock will take us weeks to have back and forth with their team.
It's simply not worth it.
This is what I found good at Periodix:
- Clear UI on the dashboard
- The basic idea of the product is great
- Connecting the profiles is designed to be easy, but it's not working properly.
What I didn't like:
- The support team is underperforming terribly. It is painful to try and solve an issue with them
- The help documentation is below basic, and there are a lot of sections not covered with their documentation. Even when I tried to point out what needed to be covered, didn't get the impression that they care at all. It was not covered after I checked.
- AI messaging is not customizable. You have a really small window in the entire chain to customize (Prompt 3) and when you change this the end result is not what we expected. Not sure if the problem is the AI or the way the AI is integrated into the messaging.

Oct 15, 2024Hi Tony,
I’m really sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. We understand that getting used to a new tool can be challenging, and we aim to make it as smooth as possible with our video tutorials and Intercom support.
Looking at your case, it appears that most of your questions were addressed through Intercom in time. I do see that you sent an email to a non-support address, but as soon...

Very underwhelming
I am leaving 2/5 tacos, the one taco is just because this company is trying to do something cutting edge, but overall, it's lacking big time. I understand you won't have all the bells and whistles as bigger companies, but if you're asking us to move our lead generation over to Periodix, you need to do something REALLY WELL, and right now, you do very little well.
Problems:
1) No dynamic variables for LinkedIn, just name/company/position etc the basic variables pulled from their profile, this is unacceptable as it will be just a very generic templates = little results.
2) Unable to import prospects into sequences using CSV, forcing me to use their workflow (Sales Nav → extension), but if my data sits elsewhere? I am unable to use it lol
3) Inbox - empty. I expected that would sync with my inbox so I can start using the AI with existing prospects I need to follow up with (the AI in inbox was why I bought this), but I see the inbox empty, so I guess it will work only on new prospects.
4) Just LinkedIn - again, if we are meant to reach out to people, you need to either do LinkedIn really well (dynamic tags, diff. ways to import), OR at least offer multi-channel (so cold emails + LinkedIn). Offering just LinkedIn with these limited features is kinda ridiculous.
To make matters worse, they couldn't even give any specific timeline when eg the dynamic fields will be introduced - so for me a clear sign to refund; I can't invest into a product and be uninformed when critical features will be added. If you have a roadmap I can invest and stay, but now it's all about hope lol!
My overall suggestion would be to focus on one things and do it really well, because right now there are some options but they are all underwhelming, lacking to be actually used in a real campaign with someone who has a working sales playbook

Oct 3, 2024Thanks so much for your detailed feedback, it looks like the review seems to be centered around functionality that we never promised or mentioned as available.
We’re sorry to hear that your expectations didn’t align with the current functionality, as some of the features you were hoping for aren’t part of any tier descriptions.
