Very poor Service support
Every time I ask a question or raise a doubt, they take 24 hours to respond. And after 24 hours, the team replies with silly reasons. "We are currently overwhelmed with support requests" common reply from team 'periodix'. who cares all these. think from costumer end, why we invest in software and automation etc.
I clearly set up the full name in variables while sending connection requests on LinkedIn, but it’s sending them incorrectly.
My target audience are Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeons, but the way 'Periodix' is sending connection requests is completely messed up. For example, if a doctor's full name is "Dr. Shruti S T", it sends 'Hello Dr. T'. Another example: if the full name is "Dr. Anwar Nazar MBBS MS ENT FFPS", it sends 'Hi Dr. FFPS'.
Can you imagine how weird that sounds? Is there any chance a doctor would accept my connection request? And even if they do, what kind of response can I expect? Can anyone imagine this?
There is no option for upload an image in review section, if so I would have shown all their responses and the way it sending connection requests.
waste of time and money

Apr 7, 2025We truly understand your frustration, and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience you've encountered. Please know that we've taken this issue very seriously and have been working closely with our tech team for the past couple of weeks to find the best solution for you.
The solution we came up with to solve your unique case will cause issues to other users. Unfortunately, due to the current architecture of Periodix, we are unable to fully handle all characters in the name as you would expect. Your case is quite unique, as most users only use first or last names and do not include credentials like "MBBS" or other full titles. This limitation is causing the issue you're facing.
This is why we recommend using the first or last name, or perhaps skipping the full name altogether in your variables for now as others users do. It can possibly work for you.
We truly value your feedback, and we are committed to improving Periodix.
